Tips for Using Advanced Search
I use one of the most accurate and up to date search engines available. It's free and there is no sign up required. With that being said, I want to offer some tips based on me using the Greenville MLS for over 20 years: 1. Make your search as general as possible. Too much detail can eliminate the perfect home just because it doesn't have one feature you think you want. 2. Keep your price range as narrow as possible but be sure you go to the very top of your range. Too big a range can overwhelm you with choices. 3. Search a little bit out of your area. Something great may be just across the street! 4. The Greenville MLS is only as accurate as the information entered, not finding it? Ask me for help!
Regarding the boxes below the reset/search buttons, if you want to make multiple choices within a box (age, sq. footate, etc), hold your command key (mac) or alt key (windows) and select. Please note that if there is a number of days listed below you need to remove that to view all inventory results.
Note: If you are searching for sold properties, be sure to click sold in the upper status field or you won't get any results. Also, info. will only be available after the listing agent updates the Greenville MLS Database. (Although info. is supposed to be updated withhin 48 hours of closing it may take longer.)
